Shipping Method

Most items are shipped via USPS First-Class Parcel or UPS Ground, as they offer the most economical and secure shipping options provided by the Postal Service. However, we reserve the right to use DHL or FedEx for higher-value or oversized items when necessary to ensure their safety. Additionally, certain large items must be shipped via UPS due to Postal Service size restrictions. For any shipping-related inquiries regarding a specific item, please feel free to email us.

Returning & Refunding

Our store only accepts a return from the domestic buyers in the United States. We accept no return from international buyers. After receiving this item, the purchaser has 7 days for inspection. The purchaser pays for all shipping fees and will be charged a 10% processing fee. After receiving the returned item and making sure it is still intact and salable, we will refund the purchaser a reasonable amount of money within 5 days.

Oversea Duty

The responsibility of import duty or other extra oversea custom charges goes to the international bidder. By any purchase, the buyer agrees to pay any and all import duties associated with the item being shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information in regards to specific duties/tariffs to expect when receiving your item. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted without exceptions. Items will be shipped with full value as it is illegal for us to do otherwise.

Sales Tax

Currently, only purchasers located in New Jersey are charged a sales tax of 6.625%, unless they possess a sales tax exemption or resale number and register it with the company.
